Procedure for Registration and Confirmation

Outlined below is the process of registration and the other terms and conditions.

  • Please complete the Registration Form (one for each person).
  • We will email you the detailed itinerary and confirmation.
  • Cancellation charges are detailed below:
    • Cancellations received 60 - 10 days prior to trip start: 50% of total trip cost.
    • Cancellations received 10 days or less prior to trip start: 100% of total trip cost.
  • No refund will be applicable in the following cases:
    • Deposit payment.
    • Departing earlier before the end of the tour, or any unused portion of the tour.

 

Limitations

  • While we will attempt to follow the tour itineraries and do not anticipate changes, Mayapur Worldwide reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to make any changes, with or without notice that may become necessary in the best interests of the tour.
  • Road travel will be by luxury bus or car, rail travel will be in 2nd class air-conditioned coaches, water travel will be in suitable boats.
  • Tour prices include all ashram accommodations, meals, land transportation, within the tour dates. ( No charge for guides).
  • The prices do not include travel between your home and the starting and ending points of the tour.
  • While every attempt will be made to keep participants safe and healthy, Mayapur Worldwide assume no liability for injury, loss, damage, delay or irregularities, which may be caused by reason of defect in any vehicle or through the act or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the participant, or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour or otherwise. The aforementioned can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine or other causes or acts of God.
  • Mayapur Worldwide reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to decline to accept any person to join any tour or to allow any person to remain as a member of any tour.
  • The financial liability of Mayapur Worldwide shall be limited to the amount paid to them by a tour participant.
  • In case of a tour cancellation by Mayapur Worldwide, Mayapur Worldwide is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the participant, such as the purchase of non-refundable international air tickets, non-refundable hotel payments for extra nights, etc.

In case of group tours

  • Meals will be served on the tour. Strictly sattvic vegetarian food. We are unable to commit to special dietary requirements. However we will endeavor to meet the demands where possible.
  • Regular group sessions of chanting, singing and dancing will be included whenever possible.
